- Contact you by phone or SMS/text message regarding your mortgage inquiry when you have been referred to one of our lending partners (you can opt out at any time by replying STOP)

- Partner Lenders: Only when you explicitly request to be connected with one of our mortgage lending partners

- SMS/Text Messaging: Your phone number and consent to receive text messages are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is used solely to communicate with you about your mortgage inquiry.

If you submit a mortgage inquiry through UQUAL or one of our lending partners and provide your phone number, you may receive SMS/text messages related to your inquiry. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of any UQUAL service.

- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details
- Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages
- Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@uqual.com
- No Sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
