Points & Rewards
Our points system rewards your learning progress:
- Points are earned by completing courses, quizzes, and activities
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others
- Points can be used to unlock premium tools and features
- We may modify the points system with advance notice
- Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity
Limitation of Liability
Important limitations on our responsibility:

SMS/Text Messaging
When you submit a mortgage inquiry through UQUAL or one of our lending partners, you may receive SMS/text messages related to your inquiry. By submitting your phone number and mortgage inquiry, you consent to receive these messages. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of any UQUAL service.
- Program Name: UQUAL Mortgage Inquiry Notifications
- Purpose: Follow-up messages regarding your mortgage inquiry to help connect you with a loan officer from New American Funding
- Message Frequency: You may receive up to 5 messages related to your mortgage inquiry over approximately 3 business days
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details
- Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages
- Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@uqual.com
- No Sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
