Why is this better than just a Credit Score?

It’s not JUST about credit score. There is far more that goes into qualifying your clients for a home loan.

How is this calculated?

The Loan Readiness Score is broken down into four sections below.

1. Down Payment (30%)

2. Debt to Income (30%)

3. Credit Score (30%)

4. Documents uploaded (10%)

What score indicates you’re ready to move forward with your loan?

Our algorithm is constantly improving; we’re looking for 85+, sometimes higher depending on your situation.

This is a QUICK indicator to tell you where you are on your Loan Readiness Journey. As always, we’re to help you every step of way to ensure you stay on the path to Loan Readiness.

I have been working with UQUAL for a year now and service is consistently thorough. Today I had concerns and inquiries about my credit report, Christopher Ruby was extremely helpful and answered my questions one by one. He explained each situation and provided possible actions to take. I appreciated not feeling like my inquiries were meaningless, instead I was validated and educated. I learned a lot and ended the conversation feeling more confident. Again, thank you to Christopher Ruby. Your support was appreciated.
